The hotel offered excellent rooms of high quality, very good and comfy. The service was extremely caring, with a big smile, particularly from Mensan, Ganesh, and Denise. The location, well-maintained and with beautiful gardens, included vast amenities for a truly amazing stay. The dining experience was amazing with fresh and varied options. Overall, a great experience with some minor setbacks.
The hotel had a beautifully decorated room that maintained a surprise element, located in a linear block adjacent to the main area with various amenities. However, the property's farthest end housed the conference/ball rooms, and the hot tub was under renovation for most of our stay.
The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms that are extremely convenient for families visiting Goa. The large rooms have modern conveniences with a traditional decor, making the stay enjoyable. The service is exceptional, anticipating needs and being very helpful. The location, though stunning with beautiful palm trees, lacks nearby amenities. The dining options are quite good, with a wide choice of foods prepared to order. The facilities are well-maintained and enhance the overall experience.
My stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the convenient electric buggy ride to the spacious rooms and generous luggage service, the experience was top notch. However, the dining experience could be improved with a wider variety of Goan cuisine. The beautiful location along the stunning coastline and the amazing kids play area were definite highlights. A solid 5-star stay in South Goa.
Staying at the hotel was a delightful experience. The brilliantly designed large spacious room with two glass walls overlooking the sea was a real highlight. The preemptive care taken for every request was impressive. The ground floor location provided easy access to the beach and amenities, although some minor improvements could be made to enhance the overall experience.
I had an amazing time at the hotel, from the beautiful newly renovated suite that exceeded all my expectations to the exceptional service provided by all staff members. However, there were some issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity and limited dining options.
Staying at this hotel was like a dream come true. The rooms were plush and extra spacious, with a super king-size bed that directly opened onto the huge lawns, which was truly fantastic and topped off my entire experience.
